1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the Solts PKR platform in any capacity — whether through the website at soltspkr.net or through the official Android application — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and Solts PKR as the platform operator. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you are confirming that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms as well.

Your continued use of Solts PKR after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically for any changes.

2 Eligibility

The Solts PKR platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any feature of this platform — including the game lobby, live casino, slots, fish games or any promotional offering.

Solts PKR reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard part of account security and helps protect all players on the platform. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Solts PKR are conducted entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard bank-to-bank PKR transfer

All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members or friends — are not permitted and may trigger an account review. Solts PKR is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider for the transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest, often completing within minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Before a withdrawal is processed, Solts PKR may request identity verification documents. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and is not specific to any individual account. Please ensure your verification documents are up to date in your account settings to avoid delays.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time of request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• Solts PKR reserves the right to limit the frequency of withdrawal requests in exceptional circumstances.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in your own name.

Solts PKR aims to process all valid withdrawal requests promptly. Any request that triggers additional security checks may take longer. Players will be informed if additional information is required.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Solts PKR offers various bonus promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that particular offer.

Standard conditions that apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household or IP address.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Solts PKR platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and any other format — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independently determined and not influenced by previous results, bet sizes or any other external factor.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and are stated within the game information panel. Solts PKR does not alter RTP settings beyond the parameters set by providers.

• Bets placed and accepted are final. Once a game round has commenced and been confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. This applies to both slots and live casino games.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Solts PKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including requests made under the self-exclusion policy.
• Extended periods of inactivity, in accordance with the dormant account policy.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks and provided no terms violations apply.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity processing fee as outlined in the specific dormant account policy, which is available on request from the support team.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Solts PKR platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks and any other material — is the intellectual property of Solts PKR or its licensed content providers.

Personal, non-commercial use of publicly accessible content — such as sharing a screenshot of a win on social media — is acceptable provided Solts PKR branding is not misrepresented.

12 Limitation of Liability

Solts PKR provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a consistent and high-quality service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

• Solts PKR is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or opportunity resulting from platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
